Henry Chudzinski

Henry Chudzinski was a unique person. He had an inquisitive mind and the ability to study and absorb information about a variety of subjects. People would always call Henry when they were unsure of a situation because he seemed to always have a satisfying answer. Henry possessed the quality to be successful at almost everything he pursued. Even though Henry had this gift, he knew that he needed to enhance these qualities with a college education. For Henry, education was not just what he learned from text books, but a self-enlightening experience. An education to Henry was a road map to living a moral, successful life. Henry was a longtime resident of Washington Township and greatly involved in his community. Henry was a graduate of Glassboro State College but began college at a community college, Camden County College. Henry understood the role a community college plays in preparing students for success. When he was asked to serve on the Board of Directors at Gloucester County College, he felt honored to be given the opportunity to continue the tradition of ensuring that the students have intimate classroom settings. Henry believed community college gave students the opportunity to exchange ideas with each other and their professors on a more personal basis. He knew an education was the foundation on which to build a career, but more important an education shapes our world vision, and is the essential component to living an honest, successful life. Henry did serve community college students in two primary manners, he was Member of the Gloucester County College Board of Trustees 1999 – 2003 and he was a former Adjunct Professor Burlington County College teaching – Business Management. Henry was also a marketing manager and partner for an Environmental Services Engineering firm for more than 15 years. Upon his untimely death, Henry was employed by one of New Jersey’s largest and most successful firms of its kind, T&M Associates. T&M Associates employs more than 300 professionals who provide engineering, planning and environmental consulting services to individuals, businesses, and government agencies. They maintain offices in Moorestown, Toms River, Clifton, and Middletown, NJ and Plymouth Meeting, Fairless Hills, and Bethlehem, PA. The firm has received national recognition for their work on environmental, energy, public works, transportation, and real estate development projects. As a tribute to Henry and to continue the legacy and dedication he had to education, T&M Associates has agreed to fund this endowment.
